Let's start and don't drink the wine :)
Start by making the ground beef. Put it in a bowl and add 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp pepper. Mix well. Take a small quantity in your hand - around 20g - and with one hand roll it and press it with your fingers to make indentations in it. Don't worry nothing needs to look the same, remember this is a drunk man's food. Set the meatballs aside. Cut all the sausages in thick chunks and set aside. Cut the chicken also in bite size pieces. Set aside. Put the olive oil in the pan and heat on medium heat. Start by cooking the chicken. While in the pan add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Turn and cook until the chicken is golden brown. Remove from the pan and add the raw sausage. Cook until golden brown as well. Remove and set aside. Time for the meatballs. Cook them until brown and remove. Finally add the kielbasa. This is already cooked so just toss it around a little. Remove and set aside as well.
Cut the red bell pepper in strips about 2cm wide. Add it in the pan and cook for 3 minutes. In the meantime chop the onions in small cubes. Add it in the pan as well. Toss it around until the onion is cooked and golden. Chop the chilly pepper thinly and add it in the pan. Turn it around about one minute. Chop the tomatoes in small cubes. Add the tomato paste in the pan and mix well. Then add the tomatoes and let them cook for 10 minutes. Once the tomatoes are cooked turn the heat to high and add the wine. Add the olives and let it cook for about 5 more minutes. In the meantime, prepare the potatoes to be fried. Peel them and cut them and fry them in some corn oil or olive oil, whatever you like. Once the sauce is ready add all the meats in the pan and turn the mixture so all the meats get covered with the sauce. Let it simmer for 3 minutes. Once the potatoes are fried, add them to the mixture with the cheese cubes and toss well.
To serve, take a pita bread and warm it in a pan. Put it on the plate and pour the mixture on top! Goes so well with beer! Enjoy!
