BBQ with a Greek touch
So just some tips for your BBQ so you can put a greek touch to it.
Marinate the meat for 24 hrs. After that take it out and scrape off the sauce. Add the salt and pepper and a touch of olive oil.
For your veggies cut them in thin slices and grill them. Once they are soft add salt and pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
To make the dip just crush one clove of garlic to two cups of yogurt. Add about 2 tbs of olive oil and mix well.
If you want to make a salad you can cut the tomato and cucumber in small pieces, add the sliced onion, and the rest of the ingredients and toss.
As for the pita bread. Just brush the pita with olive oil and add salt and oregano. Then off to the grill it goes till golden brown!
Serve the meat on top of the pita bread so the juices from it can make the bread nice and moist!
