Pan fried meatballs
Let us begin! Start by soaking the bread in cold water. In the meantime, grate the onion and chop the herbs. Put all the ingredients except the flour together in a bowl. Drain the bread and squeeze all the water out as much as you can. Put it in the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well with you hands. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes before cooking.
Place enough olive oil in a frying pan and heat it. Take approximately 40g of the ground beef mix and make it a round shape with your hands. Flatten it out and dip it in the flour to coat it on both sides. Place it on the frying pan. Continue with the rest of the mix. Don't overcrowd the pan. Fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Can be served warm or cold. Enjoy!
